Exchange & Returns
- We offer exchanges or store credit for returns made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only as store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- To claim a replacement, kindly provide an unboxing video and images for verification.
- If verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
